Turn-key Service
Utilising suitably qualified welding and inspection personnel with major international contract experience, we provide a turn-key service where welding procedures can be developed, tested using NDT and/or mechanical methods and approved for use in our one stop establishment from standard specification such as AS/NZS3992, AS/NZS1554, AS1665, ASME IX, AWS D1.1/D1.1M, AWS D 1.2/D1.2M, AS2280, Lloyds Spec. ISO 15614.1.
Project Based Activities
Currently provide independent QA advice, auditing, monitoring and fabrication/welding inspection of large Project based activities. Our customers include but not limited to QLD DTMR, Origin Alliance & Thiess John Holland. Utilising AS1210, AS4041, AS4037, ASME, DIN, ISO 9000 Series, ISO 3834, AS1101.3, MRTS 78, AS/NZS 1554 as required.
AIA External Fabrication Inspectors
AlfaTest also act as third party AIA external fabrication inspectors for pressure vessels fabrication as required by AS3920.
